Vehicle Hire for National Corruption Barometer Survey 2026
Bhutan Transparency Initiative (BTI) is inviting quotations from interested individual vehicle owners and hiring agencies for the hire of five (5) vehicles in support of the National Corruption Barometer Survey 2026, to be conducted across almost all Dzongkhags of Bhutan.
Vehicle Type Required: Bolero, Hilux, or similar 4WD/pick-up vehicles in good, roadworthy condition.
Duration of Hire: Approximately 25–30 days.
Area of Coverage: As directed by BTI management.
Documents Required for Submission:
- Vehicle registration certificate – copy
- Valid vehicle insurance – copy
- Driving license of the driver – copy
- Citizenship Identity Card (CID) of the vehicle owner and driver
- Trade license (required for hiring agencies only)
- Quotation letter stating the proposed daily/mileage rate, vehicle make, model, and year
How to Submit: Interested individuals or hiring agencies may email their quotation, along with the above documents, to bhutantransparency2014@gmail.com, with the subject line “Quotation for Vehicle Hire – NCBS 2026.” Hard copy submissions are not required.
Submission Deadline: 25th September 2026
Vehicle Inspection: Shortlisted individuals or hiring agencies will be required to present their vehicle(s) for inspection as and when directed by the BTI selection committee.
