Bhutan Transparency Initiative (BTI) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms for the assignment:

Development & Revision of Financial & Accounting Manuals for CSOs in Bhutan

This consultancy aims to support selected Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in strengthening financial management systems through development and revision of Financial Manuals, including procurement procedures, aligned with CSOA and RGoB regulations.

📅 Assignment Period: 15 April – 30 June 2026

Scope of Work Includes:

1. Needs assessment of selected CSOs
2. Development of financial manual templates
3. Facilitation of workshops
4. Technical support during drafting
5. Review and finalization of manuals
