Please, read this document carefully. Once you "Submit", you accept the "Membership Terms and Conditions" as a legally binding contract between you and Bhutan Transparency Initiative.
I shall abide by the rules and regulations of BTI/Code of Conduct at all times;
I shall always endeavour to support and promote BTI’s mandates/causes;
I shall always endeavour to attend the General Meetings of the BTI and take part in the election of the Chairman and the members of the board;
I shall pay my Membership Contributions without fail through the means agreed in the Membership Form;
I have never been convicted of any criminal offence under any law in any country. Should I get convicted of any criminal offence under any law in any country, BTI reserves the right to terminate my membership with or without written notice;
I will not do, or omit to do, anything that might reasonably be expected to put BTI in breach of any applicable laws;
I will provide BTI promptly on request with all information that BTI may reasonably require from time to time once I have become a member of BTI;
BTI reserves to terminate these terms and conditions should we be required by any applicable law to do so with or without notice at any time;
BTI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time upon giving you 14 days prior written notice. The most recent edition of these terms and conditions will be binding upon you;
A breach of this contract may constitute a legal offence. BTI may report any such breach (whether actual or suspected) to the relevant law enforcement authorities and you agree to co-operate with those authorities.
I understand that I have the right to exit the contract at will through a written notice to BTI without any monetary benefits from BTI under any condition; and,
All the information which I am submitting to BTI are complete, reliable, accurate, free from errors, and not misleading in any way.
